 Attorney
David R. Kennedy graduated from the University of Akron
School of Law in 1986 and started into private
practice in Norton, Ohio in 1989. He and Attorney
Thomas L. Walkley founded the firm Walkley & Kennedy
Co. LPA in 1990, where David served as managing partner
until Mr. Walkley left the practice in 2006. David
now serves as the firm’s President and sole
shareholder. The firm formally changed its name to
Kennedy & Associates Co., LPA in August 2007.
David has focused his practice in the areas of Probate
and Estate Planning, Real Estate, General Business,
and Personal Injury. In 1998, he formed Ohio Fidelity
Title
 Agency,
Inc. to accommodate the growing needs of his real estate
clientele. Attorney Michael V. Repella
II joined the firm in January 2008 and focuses his
practice in the areas of domestic relations, criminal and
juvenile law and bankruptcy. Attorney Alan
B. Forrest joined the firm in May 2008 and practices
in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, and Social
Security disability.
The firm now serves
individual and business clients in Summit, Medina, Wayne,
Stark, Portage, Carroll, Columbiana, and Cuyahoga Counties
of Northeastern Ohio. |
