Attorney David R. Kennedy graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1986 and started into private practice in Norton, Ohio in 1989. He and a partner incorporated the firm in 1990 and David now serves as its President and sole shareholder. David focuses his practice on helping people organize and simplify their estate plan, and saving their loved ones time, money and headache after they're gone. He also served clients in the areas of probate litigation, estate and income taxes, real estate, and general business. The firm adopted the trade name of Norton Tax Service in 1995 to promote its identity as one of the leading tax preparation service providers in the area. In 1998, David formed Ohio Fidelity Title Agency, Inc. to accommodate the growing needs of his real estate clientele.
Attorney Michael V. Repella joined the firm in January 2008 and focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, domestic relations, criminal and juvenile law.
Attorney Alan B. Forrest joined the firm in May 2008 and practices in the areas of personal injury, Social Security disability, non-profit organizations, and tax preparation services.
The firm now serves individual and business clients in Summit, Medina, Wayne, Stark, Portage, Cuyahoga, Carroll and Columbiana Counties of Northeastern Ohio.
